To me, the pose suggests that Eve was really that part of Adam that longed for omniscience and ultimate knowledge. Adam's look suggests that he's shamefully released that side of him; Eve is just so determined.
I love how this is not a cliche drawing where the "forbidden fruit" isn't portrayed as anything sinister or sinful.

You mean I should have just not drawn them altogether and left them missing? That's an interesting opinion. I usually don't include them in a lot of my sketches so it's funny you should mention that. I do agree, it would be an interesting touch, but I like the surreal emotion it adds to it...
